Zani Construction is 100% dedicated to customer satisfaction. Their commitment to quality and customer support was impressive throughout the entire process from inception until all the little details at the end. Every concern or question I had was addressed and responded to promptly and professionally. I can be very demanding but it was never a problem for Landi and his team. The attention to detail and skill are evident in their work. What’s more, the pride they take in doing a job with excellence is admirable and not easy to find these days. So thankful I found them and can’t recommend enough.

Just had my apartment kitchen completely renovated by Zani Construction – what a tremendous experience! I came in knowing nothing about doing this kind of work, and Landi was incredibly helpful and patient, explaining and discussing everything along the way, and the whole team is so friendly and gracious. There was no pressure - I never felt pushed to do anything additional I did not need. All the work was executed promptly, right on expected timelines, exactly as I wanted and to the highest degree of workmanship. The team made sure to ask me any questions as they went along, making sure everything would be just as I planned. In a small space this could be very messy, but they took great care in the apartment, and were incredibly neat, continually cleaning up as they went along and at the end of each day. Although there was a delay with a supplier of mine which had nothing to do with the Zani team, Landi worked through it all with me with the greatest sensitivity. Having consulted with several other contractors prior to engaging Landi, I feel the price was very reasonable. I am so excited with the kitchen and would absolutely never hesitate to call for any other work: I recommend them completely (and already have to my own friends!)!

I had my counter top and backsplash updated and very happy with the work. Landi provided me some samples to choose. Great communication from start to finish. They also installed a new range hood and stove for me.

What. A. Team! Landi completely renovated my 98 year old home. Attention to detail, patience, a hard work ethic and honest pricing are some of the many wonderful attributes his business possesses. The biggest draws to employing him are: Accessibility to him when entrusting him with the work The high standard he holds for himself and his workers Cleanliness Hiring and supporting a small business When planning this project, there was an ease in his confidence level that gained my trust. He also does not overbook his services or farm out work to a 3rd party. You get him and his team, start to finish. It is my hope that this review exudes the gratitude I have for the careful restoration he executed at my home. It may sound trite, but he loved my home as if it were his. Landi, when you read this, know how grateful I am for you, Fernando, Morris and the team. My home is now the respite I dreamed of.

We absolutely loved working with Landi and his team (Fernando and Miguel) on a full renovation of our Brooklyn pre-war apartment. They handled every part of the project—from beautifully detailed bathroom tile work on two bathrooms to replacing all of our floors, painting throughout, and completely gut-renovating our kitchen. Everything was done with incredible care and craftsmanship. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations across the board. Best part was Landi made the entire process feel smooth and manageable. He was extremely communicative and always available by text or phone, patiently answering our questions and accommodating changes as the project evolved. He helped coordinate seamlessly with our building super and condo board, including architectural review and approvals, which removed a huge amount of stress for us.
